Now I am at the crossroads and don't know whether I should send a letter/fax to UKBA. What are your thoughts on this issue?
Hello All - Congrats many people seem to be receiving a response to their Application. Congratulations to angela05 and lolita123, please continue to offer support and hope to other applicants. Remember we are all in this together.Hopeful2 wrote:lolita123 & angela05, sounds like congratulations are in order, your wait is finally over! Hope the rest of us receive our BRP's sooner rather than later. I wish you all the best for the future.
Hello lola56uk it's taken me a few hours to recover from the shock your news. I am so sorry to hear that you have been refused. I really thought that you had it in the bag. I am now apprehensive and am questioning my own application. It would be interesting to find out why you were refused. I hope you are successful with the Appeal. Be positive and remember that we are all behind you - I look forward to hearing from you soon with good news.lola56uk wrote:Hello All - Congrats many people seem to be receiving a response to their Application. So I received a response to my application today via phone and was told a letter will be sent to my solicitor.
My Case worker at the UKBA office basically said my application had been refused but a detailed letter with an Appeal process had been sent to my legal representative. She said I thought I would phone you as you have been chasing this application for a while.
Anyways – I think the second leg of journey now begins; I will update you as I get more info.
Lets see what the Appeal process entails - there I was thinking things were getting better
Thanks sir hopeful !!!! - I will keep you all posted when I receive letter from the HO or UKBA.Hopeful2 wrote:Hello lola56uk it's taken me a few hours to recover from the shock your news.
