(important) Investing part of 50k before visa is granted

Hi everyone,

I have a quick question.

I am applying for T1E shortly. I will be showing all 50,000 in the personal account.

Shortly after application (before decision on visa) I would be making significant investment into business bank account to make a payment straight away (several 000s).

Will this be counted as investment in business during the 3 year period?

Please note that this will be done before visa is granted. At the moment, I have not invested and therefore do not show any investment made to account for that.

Please advice, it is very important.

You can certainly make the several ooos investment and this will be counted towards investment during 3 years period.

Thank you. Even though visa is not granted and during application submission i stated no funds were invested at time to claim part investment?

You can invest as much as you want before your visa is granted.

If a query is raised later by UKBA; they would ask you to show if the funds are still available to you. They would also ask that if you have invested part of the funds; send them the requisite evidence in relation to amount invested plus evidence showing that you still have remainning funds available to you.

Yes, thank you. The only question is: whether during the time of extension it will count (because clearly it falls outside the 3 years bracket from granting to extending)

The bracket is 4 years for investment.

On date of your first application you can count any amount invested in preceeding 1 year to make up a total of £50k.

well i have applied my visa on PSW route 50k with my team member
applied 22feb
bio done 01 march 2013
stil no results
but i would like to invest ab 10,000 in my current business
does is a issue ? or i have to maintain 50k statement through out
any suggestion will be gr8

I think better wait for the visa approval.
You don't know what UKBA will do with your application, even the right things get wrong over there. So when you would be stressed. Better wait for a while till you get ur decision
