Tenancy Agreement for Tier 2 Dependent Visa

Post by bbreddy » Mon Apr 22, 2013 6:17 pm

hello all,

I am in the UK since Sep, 2009, and am now in Tier 2 visa

I live in a shared accommodation - and my house owner pays all bills.

Is it necessary that my partner, currently in India, should submit my tenancy agreement at the time of her visa application.

I read from some of the previous posts that it is not mandatory, and is also not included in the list of docs to be submitted (as per UKBA) - but not sure if every one agrees on this?

What else can we do to help the case? Will a letter from my employer would help?

Please advise.

Thanks

It's not needed if there are no children applying.
