Teir 2 (General) Extention , Maintenance requirement

Hello Members of standing or Gurus;

I am going to apply for Teir 2 extension visa for myself (main applicant) and My dependents. I am extending it under same code of practice , same employer, salary higher than it was in first application.

According to my interpretation of immigration law for maintenance requirement and relevant policy guidance, i believe we are not required to provide evidence of maintenance, it is also evident when you fill the relevant visa application forms.

Please correct me if i am wrong, need your thoughts as well.
