Help on MN1 and Documents i need to submit

hi there,
Sorry, if this question has already been asked previously.
we are on ILR, I am ONLY going to apply for my son's naturalization/british citiznship, he was born in uk by myself(not through NCS). i am struggling to fill up form, do i need to fill up section-3 (PARENTS’ RESIDENCE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OR THE BRITISH OVERSEAS TERRITORIES, WHEREAPPLICABLE),also, i need to know what documents i should submit alongwith my application form?
Do i need to submit my or wife's passport alongwith BRP or anyone of us BRP is enough?

1.covering letter if u wish
2.copy of your BRP card and copy of your ilr approval letter from ukba.
3.child uk full birth certificate original
4.child photo
5.payment slip
6. copy of your marriage certificate
7.child old passport if he/she have
