Tier 2 - General Application

Hi

I made the Tier 2 application through the premium service. I had my appointment last week and I submitted by documents and gave my biometric. I was told that I would get my documents within 48 hours via special delivery. However, its been a week now and I haven't received anything yet.

They haven't given me any receipt or tracking number and there are no numbers to contact them either. Please suggest next course of action

There was pcs strike last week which may have affect the delay.
I hope u will get in this 2 days.
