brp card returned to the ukba

hi guyz.i would like someone to shed some light on this.

My BRP card was sent to my address last week and
i wasnt there to collect it.however my wife nephew
was there and declined to sign for it,he doesnt know
my full name and even told the dx agent that he doesn't
know my name.
the ukba got notified of this and asked for my BRP card
to be sent back straight away.
i have since written 3 emails and a letter containing
letters from the council,council tax letters,a copy of
my passport etc..so far no reply.
now i am wondering if they will not just cancel my
BRP card..

Try phoning them or wait for the reply to your email. Normally UKBA take their time to reply to emails but they do reply.

I had my BRP card received on my behalf by my landlady with an authorisation letter. I left a note on my door to contact her if my door was locked and she produced the letter to receive it.

Thanx for your reply bruv.
They only have these stupids email links to contact them.
Theres no phone number.
and they say u cant call their customer service for
BRP related matters.
