Tax number of emplyer

Dear All,

I am in pakistan.I have a critical query.

I have my income tax return to show as salary proof. my personal detail including my tax number are written on it but my emploer tax number is not written.other employer details are written but his tax number is not written. Is it shows that he is not a registered tax payer
