Tier 4 Dependent restrictions?

I am currently in UK on Tier 4 visa for higher studies and planning to bring my husband to the UK. I am not sure if my dependent can work in the UK or not? If yes, is there any restriction on number of hours worked by dependent or type of employment by them. My dependent is professionally qualified so would like to work on contract/permanent job in relevant field. Is it feasible?

He can work full time and there is no job restrictions except to work as doc/ Pharmacist or any other job which requires permission and local qualifications to do that
