Really long wait

I have been a silent reader on this forum since November last year but decided to bust up as the wait is killing me,l sent my 10 years
long residence application on the 02/August /2012,received by home office on 06/08/2012,did biometrics on the 17/11/2012.its now 8 myths 2 weeks still waiting.

My daughter's dependent Application posted: 07/07/12
Bio-metric enrolled Main: 02/02/13
MP Involved:15/4/13
Documents received:Waiting
BRP received: Waiting

Now my visa is expiring in May and I have taken an appointment for my ILR on 30th April but no passport... :(
