ILR - Tier 1 Route, Delay in Annual Accounts

Post by wmazhar » Sun Apr 28, 2013 12:43 am

Hi
I am going to apply for ILR on 02-May-2013. current visa expiring on 24th May. I am going to provide earnings from full time employment as well self employment

documents I am going to provide are
1) Payslips (Full Time Employment + own limited company)
2) Dividend Vouchers
3) Accountant Letter
4) Business
5) Personal Bank Statements

However my accounting annual return and corporation tax is due on 30-April-2013, My accountant told me there will be delay of couple of weeks in submitting my annual accounts, as I was on permanent employment for 6 months and I came back to him late.

my question is can this cause an issue and effect ILR application as annual returns not submitted on time?

thanks
