Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa

I am on PSW visa. I am going to apply for a Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa (200K all funds are in my account and all funds are in the UK). I am going to send following documents:

1. My Bank Statements ( As the money is in 2 different banks )
2. Letter from the Banks as per UKBA guidance
3. Online statements as per UKBA guidance
4. My passport along with filled application form


I need to ask following question (if somebody can answer)

1. Do I need a Business Plan?
2. Would it be a problem if the money is in 2 different accounts?
3. Since I have money in 2 different banks do I need bank statements dated
on the same day for both banks (i.e Loylds TSB comes dated 1st of every
month and Barclays comes on 5th) Would it be a problem?
4. Am I missing any documents?
5. Do I need to setup a company before applying ?
6. Do I need to show marketing material for my company?

why 200k if you are already on PSW?

bcz it is less risky and less documents required.
