Hi,

I have a question about keeping money in the same account(50K) or is it possible to keep them in two diiferent account 25K each?

. Me and my partner kept 25k each in separate accounts. We singed two affidavits as well but refused. Bank letters must confirm that 50k is available to both of you. Uk banks don't issue such kind of letters so I suggest you to open a joint account. Joint account statement will show the name of both of you. Uk banks don't follow UKBA RULES.
