Tier 1 (General) - Dependent Visa

Post by ref786 » Tue Apr 30, 2013 10:54 pm

Hi there,

I am on Tier (General) Visa and recently got married in India. At the minute I am in the UK and my wife is going to for dependent visa in India. I have managed all documents that I need to send over to her. My question is, do I need to send her the notorized/attested copy of my passport and visa or just photo copies will do?

Please reply.

Thanks in advance.

Hey,

You dont need anything attested, photo copies does the job..

and also make sure u have all the below:

1. 3 months Banks statements with showing more than 600£ for each dependant.
2. last 3 months pay slips
3. Tenancy agreement
4. TB screening certificate for the dependant
5. Photocopies of your passport and BRP card.
6. Marriage certificate and wedding photos.

Thanks,
Uday
