Mistake made on CoS..Urgent Help

Post by praveen golla » Wed May 01, 2013 12:22 pm

Hi all,
i am switching from Tier1 PSW to Tier 2 General, and sent the application yesterday. and i found this doc today and bit concerned about a mistake we made on CoS.
we put
Startdate: 30/04/2013 (we thought this date is date of application dropped so we mentioned yestersay)
Enddate :three years from this date.(30/04/2016)

is there anything we can do to rectify these mistakes.

Thanks.

Start date* If the migrant is already working for you and you are
assigning the CoS so that they can apply to extend their
leave, you must enter the start date as the day after the last
day of leave given on their current visa.

this is what i found in SMS Guideline Doc.

but my visa (tier 1 PSW) expires on October this year. i put 30.04.2013.
and they also said in that doc we can let then know about minor changes through SMS if its not too late.
What do you think Guys.

This is for the people who are already in Tier 2 and extending their leave in same company and not for PSW people.

Dont worry about start date on your application, when your application is processed , they give the visa till 30th April 2016 as your present visa is not expired. No worries.
