funds overseas in third party's account

reason of refusal;
1.There is no contact details of third party on the bank letter.
2.The Bank does not confirm that the institution are regulated by the appropriate body.

Hi Adilzia, sorry for the refusal hopefully you can appeal sucessfully. Quick question, when you said you received your documents back yesterday, was that including your passport? or just your rejection letter?

yes i received my passport n old BRP with documents.Coz my student visa is still valid till july.

My team member also received refusal letter wd documents today.
We both didnt receive any query or interview call.

I received my documents myself(but not all documents).But other team member's documents received by solicitor.

No.There is no refusal stamp on my passport.

did you get a joint bank statement ? with both names on it ? ..

Can I apply with a bank statement 200 K in one account with my partner name , and get myself a letter of access from the bank ?

We apllied through third parties.My dad was my third party.My team member's third party was his brother.And yes u can aply as u said.And u should must mention ur name on the bank letter of ur team member.I think u need declaration letter as well.But i m nt sure.
