ILR Due When is the earliest date i can go

Can you please let me know what's the earliest date i can go for PEO appointment for my ILR any reply would be highly appreciated.
HSMP Tier 1 (General)
date of issue: 02-06-2008
valid until: 14-05-2011
extension: 22-06-2011
valid until: 22-06-2013

28 days before 02-06-2013

I assume 02-06-2008 as a EC date

thanks so if i am not wrong can i be eligible for ILR on 05-05-2013 as i have an appointment booked on 09-05-2013 but before i go ahead just want to double check.

I am going to Sheffield hope everything goes fine have booked an appointment but have to pay £100 fees tomorrow to secure the appointment.
