ILR Success @Croydon 30-04-13 (Self+3 Depts) - HSMP+T1

Hi All,

Thanks to everyone for sharing their experiences. Here goes mine.

I applied for ILR for the whole family i.e. Self + 3 Dependents. It may be worth noting that I come to UK in Jun 2008 where as the family applied for Visa in Oct 2008 and subsequently came to UK in Nov 2008.

My Application was based on: HSMP 2 Years + Tier 1 (General) 3 Years

Visa Expiry: 26 MAY 2013
Applied on: 30 APR 2013
ILR Granted: 30 APR 2013

CROYDON PEO: (Staff is friendly and helpful)

Appointment @ 10:45
Arrived @ 09:45
Token @ 09:50
Fee Paid @ 10:05
Registration @ 10:10 (took about 20 minutes we had 4 Passports)
Biometrics @ 10:30 (took about 25 minutes)

The person doing the BIOMETRICS also took all the documents and told us to either go into the café or go out of PEO and allow about 90 minutes to 2 hours.

We went out (to the mall across the road) and returned to PEO in 90 minutes and heard our number called 5 minutes after to collect the document. The lady returning the documents told me that your application has been granted.

Documents Submitted:
1. Letter from Employer
2. 12 Payslips
3. 12 Months Bank Statement
4. 4 Years P60 (Didn't have one for 2012/13)
5. Savings Account statement as Proof Maintenance
6. Employer Letter Confirming Absences (3 Weeks + 3 Weeks = 42 Days)
7. Self Written Letter Providing reason of unpaid absence (7 Days)
==> Total Absences 49 Days
8. Previous Letters from UKBA
9. Marriage Certificate + Birth Certificates
10. Proof of Cohabitation (Loads of it)
11. Tier 1 - Points Calculation Summary

Today I got my BRP for all the family.
