This site is an amazing resource. Thanks to all contributors. Quick question. I've been in the UK on the following visas.

(1) Sept 02 - Aug 05 on Permit free training as a dentist

(2) Aug 05 - till date on HSMP.

My HSMP expires August 2010.

When can i apply for ILR? Can i aggregate the 5 years in Sept 2007 and apply for ILR.

The earliest you can apply is July 2010.
