Got visa after long 8 months

Thanks to almighty God, finally got visa after 8 months.

No query made but was a bit hectic to wait for long time

When did you apply?
When did you give biometric?

200k or 50 k category ?

funds in third party abroad?

Funds verification details ?

Did you maintain the funds through out processing time?

Interview call?

When did you get approval letter ?

Did you get new rules change letter on March 19th?

Sorry for asking many questions. But we are getting pissed off due to UK BA processing times. To know at least what is going on from applicant side , we need to discuss in details. We are not forcing any one to answer to all the questions. It is up to individual

Applied in mid august 2012 , biometric in last week of august
50k route , funds maintained third party account' got intimation letter n 19 march 2013 and approval letter in last week of april 2013

Hope rest of the applicants wud get their visas soon

Thanks for confirming. If you do not mind could you please let me know whether funds in abroad have been verified or not? If so , could you please give more details on how it was verified either through email / call from UK BA . What questions did UK BA ask in funds verification check.

Not sure why UK BA took almost eight and half months to process your visa with out asking any query in between.

I Mentioned no query was made from me but they verified the funds overseas by fax
apart from that there was no query from myself except the intimation letter of new rules on 19th March 2013

Sorry to bother you asking many questions - As last question, could you please let me know when is overseas funds verification check done and what questions UK BA had asked in verification check.

VErification was done in january 2013 and its a set pattern of funds verification for every one
But if u guys see other threads they r more concerned about business liveliness (running of business) apart from funds
Even other guys got money in their own account but still they got refusal coz business running activities cud not be justified
