I don't have much spare money for business.
So really want to keep the money, not lose it in the business.
i have 200,000 GBP
can i apply for the visa by buying a guesthouse business
it would cost approx 800K GBP
i can get mortgage for it

will this business applicable for the entrepreneur visa

Would you be living there? The money invested cannot include the value of any residential accommodation or property development, or property
management.

Furthermore, you can't use money from a mortgage to get a Tier 1 (Ent).

i have 200,000 GBP, and it is only 25% of the total sum to buy the guesthouse, so i need mortgage to pay for the remaining 75%

so i am using my 200,000GBP to get tier 1 (ent)

is this correct?

and also i want to know if buying a guesthouse is a kind of property development or property management?
