Hi my application has submitted to HO last June 2012 biometric has been given in January its already 11 months waiting.Is there any law that said if HO hold the application for 12 months the applicant or solicitor could wrote to them if it is possible to work full time. As my husband will be 10 years legally on Friday. I will b in touch with my solicitor next week if he could write to Ho to consider ILR.The wait is really painful.
