HSMP Guidance

Post by bossvikas » Thu Apr 12, 2007 8:47 am

Hi
I wanted to apply for HSMP from India.
I had a few queries regarding the same.

1. If my HSMP application gets rejected, is the application fee refunded or a part of it?
2. Are there any consultants in India, who help out with HSMP filing?

Thanks in advance
Regards
Vikas

Wouldnt it be great if the refused applicants could get a refund!!!

Although some folk use consultants, the new HSMP form is very simple and straight forward. By reading these forums and using common sense should enable to get you through the applicaiton process.

One of the great benefits of the forums is that a far wider range of problems and solutions can easily be discussed and resolved that any one consultant is likely to have encountered.

I'm no expert with HSMP visas but it does seem that most applications get rejected because of dodgy documention, using photocopies where only originals will do, incomplete application forms and missing evidence to back up claims.

If you want to be sure of your application succeeding then don't take any chances with the documentary evidence that you have to provide. Make sure your case is watertight and that you can back up any claims you make with original documentation.
In a few years time we'll look back on immigration control like we look back on American prohibition in the thirties - futile and counter-productive.
