BE AWARE of sponsors issuing CoS without contracts

Hello,

I'm an experienced worker and have been to UK for quite some time now. I have recently come across a legally illegal scam that many established companies perform.

You can only get or switch to tier 2 once you have a valid job offer, but some companies, naming themselves as umbrella companies say that they are giving you the visa and CoS first and then once you have visa you will be able to search for contracts. THIS IS ILLEGAL. Tier 2 CoS means that you already have job offer/contract, there is nothing in law which facilitates searching the job when you already have a tier 2 with certain sponsor.

If some company says, give us amount such 1100 or 2000 pound and they will get you visa, they may or not get you the visa, but in any case if you are caught or reported to the UKBA/home office, you will blacklisted and your visa will be cancelled.
