ILR for Wife Need help

Dear All Guru,s
I have got my ILr in FEB and now need to apply for my wife,s ilr as she will be completing her 2 years of residency in UK . She is on tier2 dependent visa right now valid till NOV 2014.My questions are :

1). what form I need to fill ?
2). what documents are required ?
3). Is same day service best or we can just post it , as its straight forward case.
4). Do she need some financial documents from my side as well (P60 or salary slips. ).
5). Do we have to maintain any balance in account.

Hi Friends

I am applying for my wife,s ILR and in confusion i have booked set m appointment rather then set o ..what should i do next ?? will home office can accommodate my wife on same appointment or i have cancel and book new one ???
If i cancel my appointment will i loose 100 for cancellation ??? appointment is end of nov so i have plenty of time

There shouldn't be an issue just explain the mix-up when you arrive, make sure your case is well prepared e.g. 2 years cohabitation proof etc.
