Self Employed - Accountant Letter

I have majority of my earnings from permanent employment and 5% from self employment

Hi Please could any of the experienced members please confirm that

the profit/loss and balance sheet provided by the Accountant for Sole trader self employed person should contain the earning from self employment+employment calculations or only Self employed calculations ?

Only self employed calculation... assuming you will provide payslip/employer letter and bank statement to prove earnings from employment...
