Child born in Uk for 5 years

Hi
My 10 years on student visa will be completed in September 2013 and my child will be 7 years old in March 2014 and my student visa is running out in August 2014. What should I do to extend my visa........... Can I apply my visa separately and then in March 2014 I apply for my son's visa and finally apply for my wife's visa in August 2014.......... or should apply all the visa at a same time.
