Enquiry regarding employment period claiming for points

Hi there,
Can you please help me in this issue as
My ILR is due next week and
I am claiming points for my employment and self employment too:

self employment:
01-05-12 till 30-04-2013

employment working for Limited Company:
01-06-12 till 31-03-13

the period for my employment is different to the period of self employment would that create any issue?
