I am filling my application form but there is just one space available for 5 years address history column as I do have 3 more addresses to be filled. There is no option has given by UKBA in application to " Photocopy the page if additional page is require" as they did in previous earning section.. If i need to photocopy the page then i would need three pages . Can I include additional three page with application form or I can write down 5 years history on A4 size blank paper and include with required section of application form?. Thanks in advance

Hi,
I assume you are filling the T1 G application form. Where does it say you need to provide address of 5 years?
B14 reads - If you have lived at the address above for less than five years please provide your previous address details and the dates you lived there

Yes I am filling application form but there is only one space provided for previous address history and there is no intimation of photocopy of page if additional space is required and I need three more spaces to complete my five years address. Can I write remaining address on A4 size paper and include with the relevant section or should I need three copies of that page? . It is appreciable if you guys share ur valuable experience. Thanks

OK. According to me its simple if you follow English.
UKBA only wants to know about the previous (one) address if you have not lived at your current address for more than 5 years. Else they would have explicitly asked you for more addresses as they have done so in the dependent forms.

yes for t1g main applicant you have to fill just one previous address.only for dependants you need to photocopy the page and fill previous 5 yrs address.
