HELLO GUYS

im planning to buy a business here london area so ill be needing some one help is all things i mean

i need a solicitor and accountant or if any one provide all the services togather i dont mind it either as this will be my first time buying business here so dont want to get stuck

dont worry i will be paying all the dues not asking favor here why give other favor when i can give people like us

Hi Surya,

Yes I think you are right. I have applied in Jan as well, The version of the application in Jan was 12/12. There was no need of marketing material in this version. however the the version before this and after this had marketing material needed.

I was trying to get hold of the aplication form with version 12/12 just to confirm.

FILL A CHANGE OF CIRCUMSTANCE FORM QUICKLY AND SEND THE CORRECT CONTRACT WITH LAND LINE PROVIDED. ALSO ATTACH A COVERING LETTER STATING THE CORRECTIONS YOU HAVE MADE.
MOST GUYS HAVE BEEN REFUSED DUE TO NO LAND-LINE NUMBER PROVIDED IN CONTRACT. IF I WERE YOU I WILL DO THAT ASAP, ALSO BACK DATE THE TIME YOU WANT THE CHANGES TO TAKE EFFECT IN CASE THEY HAVE ALREADY DECIDED YOUR CASE BY GIVEN YOU A REFUSAL, SO YOU CAN HAVE AN EASY APPEAL. JUST TO BE ON THE SAFE SIDE.

please can anyone reply to my question...i had posted before...

i already have received my ent visa however my son was born here in UK few months back and now i have to apply for his dependant visa....i was going through the form and there it says to provide evidence of care arrangement for children....please can anyone elaborate as to what this is...do i need to provide letter from a nursery or a child minder or please tell me what evidence are required....

please i need a prompt reply as i am applying soon...thanks

Mechanical Engineering and i want to apply in Sept. 2013 but have no idea how to do i'd got money in UK full £50,000 with £900 maintenance i was watching the list about it but couldn't understand plz help thnx

I got my brp yesterday...
Applied on 7th aug 2012
Bio did on 20th aug
After dat no query or no other latter
Brp has date 14th may 13
Got it after almost 10 months
Half fund was in India n half in my uk account

8. Date application posted: 6th Dec 2012
9. Date application received at UKBA: 7th Dec 2012
10. Payment Mode: Bank Draft
11. Acknowledgement letter received: 10th Dec 2012
12. Biometric letter received: 12th December 2012
13. Date of biometrics enrolment: 13th Dec 2012
14. Interview call: No
15. Further/additional documents requested by UKBA: No
16. Date of approval: 16th May 2013
17. Date of return of passport and other documents: 17th May 2013
18. Date (new) leave to remain valid from: 16th May 2013

Devils the email addresses you provided is really helpful they told me decision has already been made on 16th they gave Royal Mail tracking ref as wel but not telling what's the decision

I got reply from same email addresses I emailed to first one on Thursday and got reply same day
I emailed on 2nd yesterday and I got reply today
Both provide me same tracking ref number and confirmed its gonna come to my address not on correspondence addres(solicitor)
