ILR for Work Permit Dependent.

Hi All,

I am a work permit dependent. My husband is eligible for ILR in June 2013.

I got the dependent work permit on Aug 2008 and i stayed for 3 years in UK.
1) Aug 2008 - April 2010
2) January 2011 - June 2012.
3) April 2013 - till now

So i just want to know whether i am eligible for ILR along with my husband?

Please help.
I highly appreciate your suggestion.
