please can anyone reply to my question...i had posted before...

i already have received my ent visa however my son was born here in UK few months back and now i have to apply for his dependant visa....i was going through the form and there it says to provide evidence of care arrangement for children....please can anyone elaborate as to what this is...do i need to provide letter from a nursery or a child minder or please tell me what evidence are required.... i could not understand the section 40 of the policy guidelines...my baby is only one year old...so what documents as evidence in his case should i submit...

please i need a prompt reply as i am applying soon...thanks

U just need his birth certificate, photographes,his passport, visa application n ofcourse fee. SO many things in app form would be irrelevant just put n/a for instance entry clearance, immigration history etc.etc

Hope answer would help.

YES ITS CORRECT
BIRTH CERTIFICATE IS MORE THAN ENOUGH N THE PASS PORT

but can i ask u something...why does in the check list it asks for evidence for child care...im still confused...shall i leave it blank
