ILR BRP received but passport not received

Hi all forum members:
ILR(peo)
application:4th april(2013)(additional doc requested and sent)
BRP received:2nd May,2013
Passport and other docs:Still waiting
We are still waiting for decision letter and passport.I am very worried that it might be lost.
Any help appreciated.

Give them a call, they might give you a royal mail tracking detail if they have one.

I call them but they told me they cant track application less than 6 months.

go directly to the peo and meet the supervisor or manager and report the problem

Do they respond to us if we go there personally.Do you have any similar experience regarding this type of problem.Its already more than 10 days.
