Suggestions for Moderators...

Post by Rajan » Wed Sep 08, 2004 3:27 pm

Hi Friends !!

The contribution made, the level of involvement by all the members of this board is simply superb !!! 8)
I have never seen any immigration board/ Forum so active. Credit for this , of course, goes to "THE MODERATORS".
I have a suggestion for our senior, Experts Moderators...

>By extracting the expert views on each topic/Question, We can make sticky on Each question mentioned in HSMP FORM for ex. 13 stickies
for 13 points/Questions of HSMP form.

Subjects of these Stickies will be Questions itself

That'll save everyone's time and 'll save lot of labour of Moderators

I hope that'll help us all !

Thanks & Regards, :D

Rajan,

Thanx for your complements to the moderators 8)

But on a serious note we cant provide answers for all those straight forward questions on the HSMP form

If some one is 'Highly Skilled' - they should be able to thoroughly complete the form without even involving a Consultant

Thanx for your suggestion though!

take care and Respect 8)

Dear Chess,

U r right that these are straightfwd questions, but still don't you think for how many times you've encountered these questions one or the other way.
If U see... every question can have multiple options. My only view  is to freeze those questions once with best options ('coz they're stFWD). So, nobody 'll waste time in asking or answering these questions again & again.

Hope you don't mind to put yr views on these questions...

Thankig U !

Pls Help - Earnings

Post by Rajan » Thu Sep 09, 2004 9:23 am

HSMP Gurus'

Pls help me....

I am confused wat to do :? , One time before also i had asked abt this.
My "past earnings" figure is little lower than the figure reqd to claim points. Its' 100-200GBP less than the reqd figure(7500GBP), when i calculate by current conversion rate i.e. 1 GBP = Rs 82.8

Now the problem is ...

1. If i add all allowances ( Onsite, relocationn etc), i cross the reqd figure. The catch is,... wat i understood from the discussions here, that U can claim income only which is declared for tax. As these allowances are based on actual expenses(bills are needed to claim), so not declared for tax deductions(i don't go into Tax manual, company policy is like that only). Pls tell me wat to do. Due to this...
-- If i give FORM 16 OR return statement, they mismatch with salary in bank

2. To overcome this...I am thinking to give salary slips with bank statements, & also appointment letters of the company (Showing CTC)

3. Moreover, It'll take 4-5 months for the docs to reach in the hands of case worker for actual evaluation. By that time, i am sure i'll move to even better salaried job(already in the process), and then i can update my case with higher "Past Earnings". Is that possible??
Kaya, Chess, Cosmopol & Ajay and others -- Pls comment on this

Thankig U all !!!! 8)
