Regarding Maintenance Funds after applying.

Post by AceVenture » Thu Mar 07, 2013 3:17 pm

Hi all.

A quick one.

I hv applied in country on 21st Feb. PSW To Tier 1Ent.

My Visa expired on 22nd FEb.

I received an Acknowledgement letter n cleared my Biometrics as well.

My query.

If I get an refusal ( worst case ) can I reapply within country as my visas are already expired ???

If yes then will I hv to show them a maintenance fund for 90 again ?

I need to use some money in my account. Withdrawing it won't affect my 50 K balance, but it will affect my maintenance funds.

Awaiting ur response.

Regards,

AceVenture.

You should not withdraw if you are planning to make another application after refusal (if happens)

The question still remains unanswered.

I cud only apply, if I m eligible to do so.

If my visa is already expired, I can appeal if I'm refusesd, but can I reapply if I want ???

Hope that makes it more clear.

Regards.

Yes, you can apply within 28 days from the date of your refusal or the date of your appeal refusal or upper tribunal refusal.
You still need the maintenance funds for 90 days before your application date.

Maintenance fund for Tier 1 Entrepreneur after refusal

Post by Kish_cruz » Tue May 14, 2013 11:43 am

Rooney,

While reapplying after refusal;
would we still have to maintain a minimum maintenance fund of 900 or should we show 3100??, previous leave to remain has also expired ?? applying from in-country..

Please advice!!

If applying in country you only need 900.
