Simple caution in 2006

My dependent received a simple caution in 2006 jan. Does he have to declare for his ilr??many Thanx!!

Yes, though as 24 months has elapsed it should not be a general grounds for refusal.

I have got a traffic offense in 2006 I mentioned that, you better to mention as well.
