why weren't you granted ILR alongside your father?

He applied under th 10yr rule ..instead of appyling based on his wrk permit.Initially he put my sista en I on his ILR application..but home office sent our passports back en told him tht he can't apply with dependants on tht form. They adviced him to use flr O form for my sister and I.

you will need to extend your leave on FLR(O) and apply for ILR under the 10 year long residence rule once you meet the requirements or after completing 6 years of DL, whichever is the earlier.
