What a poorly constructed survey. Full of leading questions and generally seems to be trying to get a pre-determined outcome rather than anything new.
Do not send me PM's with specific questions - post question in the open forum so others can also benefit from the answers.

They could have directly asked if we would be interested in waiting for 7 days for the decision if we were to be given GBP 100 as incentive.
