Waiting for PSW for over a year !!!!

Hi,

My friend sent her PSW application last year only couple of days before closing the scheme, after almost 9-10 months she got rejected because she went 10 pound under 900 for 2 days, she appealed and court accepted her appeal and she got a letter from court which says she won the court, but it’s been almost more than 3 months that she is waiting for her visa and she hasn't heard anything from home office, HO even refunded the appeal cost to her account a week after court decision but nothing after that. she called helpline and no one gives her any answer.

Has anyone had this problem or do you know anyone with the same scenario ?

Its abit annoying,indeed,but you are lucky that you have won the appeal and yet the HO will process your visa.In this way you will probably complete 4 years instead of 2 years (mandatory period of PSW visa).Almost 2years for your first application,appeal process and the later now the process of visa on allowed appeal.
