eea2 application after six months

after six months of waitin still watin for my RC, can somebody give me the right ukba contact number/email for me to check on the progress of my application any help and advis we be welcome thanks to u all in this forum

EEA2 App sent:06/011/12
Received:07/11/13
COA received:21/11/12(dated 17/11/12;with right to work)
RC:?????????
