Dear Prash,
as far I know and I learn you have to submit your Plan to UKBA for approval later after their confirmation VISA process will began..
As an Early stage you should submit below documents,
Maintenance Funds Proof 3100GBP if outside UK, for 3 Months
Available 200K with the proof it is your amount. or accessible to you if it is held in sponsors accounts,
Proof of English IELTS 4.5 Band Minimum which was changed Dec 2012 ,
New Business Plan / Existing Business Takeover plan in UK,
VISA Application,
