A child born in UK to the overseas parents ( on student visa) .......
1. when he can apply for British citizenship?
2. How much fee have to pay?
3. How much bank statement have to show?
4. If the child got British Citizenship so can his parents apply for ILR with his child?

When the parents gain permanent residence (ILR) after 5 years residence in the UK on a qualifying visa (student visa is not a qualifying visa), the child can register as a British citizen. If the parents do not gain ILR, the child will usually not be eligible for citizenship.
