Hi there,
I got my ILR few days ago, i was on HSMP Tier 1 General and my wife joined me in October-2012 however i didn't include my wife as i was applying for ILR and she wasn't eligible for it so I need to know what form i need to use is it FLR (M) and if someone can guide me through it would be great help. Her visa is expiring next month.

thanks for your prompt reply so if i am not wrong,
I would use FLR (M) Form and she would have to complete 5 years to qualify for an indefinite leave, i am planning to book a PEO appointment for her as well so just want to double check i can use the same documents i used for my ILR and use FLR (M) form, please correct me if i am missing anything.
Regards

Why is she applying for FLR(M)? Were you granted ILR under Long residence?
