My decision been made on 16th may but ukba admin not telling what's the decision I don't know a bit worried

How did you know about your decision? You rang them? You had interview? If so when did you attend? Regarding your question, as per posts here, some got their documents first & BRP later while few others have got the BRP first.

I emailed them they gave me Royal Mail tracking ref but not telling what's the decision it's been said by them that decision cannot be communicated

As BRP is frm DX courier they didn't say anything abt that so bit worried

when did you apply....when did you send email.....normally they don't give status through email......you are lucky in this regard....

Yes that's I didn't get they saying it can't be communicated by email I applied on 12 th dec email sent on Thursday got reply same day saying decision been made and postal department going to post letter if you didn't get by 23rd contact us immediately

only you will get documents from them caseworker not BRP. other department issuing BRP so be positive......

is the fund was your own name...and have you applied sole or as a team...

I applied alone third party funding Pakistan (my aunts money in her account)
It seems like my result gonna announce and I am waiting anxiously

if your name mentioned in declaration and both party signed...then no problem at all.....

The copy of letter which I got it saying my aunts name and address on bottom it's saying bank phone number and fax number I don't know which contact number they want my solicitor did all this for me it was quite simple case but to be on safe side I applied through solicitor

did it say that the third party is making this funds available to the applicant (you)?

I don't remember I only got copy of bank letter with me at the moment it's saying her name address and money is disposable in uk

Well hira its against the UKBA policy to tell their status of application. I dont know how come you get such response from them.
