Section 7.12 I'm filling like below . Is that ok ?

The country where you were born

Country Social cultural or family ties
INDIA Parent , Sisters and Friends

Also , anyone have any idea how long employer reference letter(Tier 2) is valid for ? It should be older than a month from date of application ?

Hi, this is what I wrote ...

My parents, brother and sister lives there. My parents in laws also live there.

The employer letter should not be more then a month old.

Some more questions.

SECTION 3:WHICH CATEGORY.

I came on WP and switched to tier 2 ,so, which category i need to select.
It would be tier 2 yeah ?

SECTION 5:HOME AND FINANCES
What is your pay each month after income tax and other deductions ?

I need to give details regarding salary(amount after all deductions) gets credited every month ? In case of variable amount i need to average it ?

My Employer reference Letter was dated 1 week before MY PEO appointment. CW is not worried about the date of the letter. She was only concerned about your Payslip,Bank Statement and SOC Code.

My Employer reference Letter was dated 1 week before MY PEO appointment. CW is not worried about the date of the letter. She was only concerned about your Payslip,Bank Statement and SOC Code.[/quote]

That is still well within one month of appointment date. My question was COS is valid for three months ,so, how long employer reference letter would be valid because that is sort of COS only.
I'm planning to apply after 15th July 2013. Can i get letter issued now ?
Based on GenX experience it shouldn't be older than a month.

That's what i am asking Kevin . You suggested other day to start prepration . I was just checking which all document i can arrange now provided my appointment would be any date after 15th july .
So , if i get employer reference letter now it can't be used after 2 months . Correct ? It shouldn't be older than a month yes ? Your suggestion is appreciated.

First fix your appointment for ILR, and get the Employer's Letter 1 month before. s it possible with your Employer??

I would suggest not more than 2 weeks as it wont be a struggle to get it from your employer. All the best!
