Sorry about the outcome of your application! Did you appeal the decision? If you have then you'll have to wait for the outcome (of the appeal) before they can return your doc. The other way you can get it back is if you make arrangement to leave the country (buying a flight ticket), they will hand you your passport/doc at the airport!pepperminttea wrote:i submitted my T1 entrepreneur visa on 1st March and received refusal letter by recorded Royal mail without any origional documents on 10th April.
the decision is 'Refusal to vary leave and decision to remove/variation of leave and decision to remove'
i applied PSW change to T1 entreneur with 50K funds under my name, refusal reasons are:
1. the banks (not a UK bank, outside UK) did not mention the money is freely transfer to the UK --- However, no bank could write as that, but it is under my name.
2. did not provide advertisement to demonstrate the trading presence...
i send email with an filled form to claim my documents back on 17th April but no any reply received so far. my visa is expired already.
is there anyone could kindly advice what should i do next, how to get my passport etc.back... do appreciate for your help!
I don't think it will impact negatively on any future application as long as you can tackle the 2 reasons for rejection when you re-apply . Just like the OP (help_please) said, you can re-apply within 28 days in country if you want.pepperminttea wrote:Many thanks for your information. really helpful.
I did not appeal the decision because it seems there is slim chance of success. I plan to go back home then make a new application. i must come back UK since the business is here.
is there any negative impact for my new application of this case?
Also, i wonder, if i book airticket,i hope i won't miss my flight due to the immigration process of get my passport back. I still need other original documents back such as my certificate, transcription etc. for your experience can i get them as well?
Thanks indeed for your help.

Regarding departing the country, you have to leave enough time (14-21 days) before your flight. This will allow them prepare all your documents and send to the point of departure- should you choose to follow this route.
Hope this helps..Good luck
