HI John
The HPC registered her, because it's a legal requirement to work as a Biomedical Scientist; she can't work without the HPC membership.
The qualification she needed is Biomedical Scientist and the occupation she put on the form is Biomedical Scientist; this is her official job title. her name can also be found on the HPC website as registered.
Also, I emailed the HO a few months ago and someone with the job title Immigration Chief Officer in the signature replied and said "That's not my area of expertise, but I believe, she would qualify as a referee"
2 more questions if that's ok:
- Have you guys seen anyone that has been refused because of one of the referees and especially, because they didn't accept the profession of the professional one?
- I heard that if the don't accept one of the referees they ask you to send them another one (which i could do, since I have a civil servant that the NCS lady took out, because she said, i could send only 2). Is that at the caseworker's discretion or is it part of their process?
Thanks in advance
D
