Hi Guys,
Please can anybody help with these questions

1.Have you made an application to the Home Office to remain
in the UK in the last 10 years?

My situation my wife studied in Uk and returned back to home country after expiring her PSW visa
Should put yes or no for this question , bit confusing
and where can i find UK visa reference number

Reference numbers are on the letters issued by home office

This is when you have been to the UK previously and made a
formal application to extend your conditions of stay for whatever
reason. You should also say if you have applied to extend your
stay but left the UK before receiving a reply. Please give the reason
for the application and why you were refused, if applicable, in the
box provided. You must enter your Home Office reference number
which is prefixed with the first letter of your family name, for example
Smith = S12345.

I think you wife left uk due to visa expiered and she has not applyied for extention.
so it should be answer 'No'

Do i have to put yes and give all the reference number?

I think u should read again.
This is only for one who has applied for visa extension and left the country before decided. This means there application was pending or refused
