Anybody Received an HSMP Extension after July 15th

Hi All

Has anyone received an HSMP extension of 3 years, for applications that were sent to Cannock after July 15th.

I sent mine on the 20th of July and still there is no Passport return.
I just got an acknowledgement on the 26th July, that they will get a case worker to have a look at it.

My case is very straightforward. Permanant employment, sent 10 payslips and salary over £50K. Senior Position in IT.

I sent several emails and faxes and even sent the Urgent Treatment Form, still no reply!! Their Phones are Permanantly Engaged 24/7!!

Anyone is the same boat please respond ASAP.

there is no logical reason why your case is taking so long - as I said before the ppt should be dropping in your letter box pretty soon -

Similar story here: posted extension application on 26th of July, it was received by HSMP team on the 27th. Haven't heard from them since (not even sure I got a confirmation letter).

The case is also incredibly straightforward (I've been in full time employment throughout the 12 months, decent income).

Finally Got the Passports with a 3 year HSMP Extension Stamped.

Applied for Extension 20th July 2004 to Cannock
Acknowledgment received 27th July 2004 from Sheffield
Passport Mailed back with Extension 10th September 2004.
Total Time Taken 7.5 Weeks
