90 Day maintenance & Can U Submit Computer printed state

My visa is expiring on 16th of June 2013, my earning points shall be completed by 25th of May 2013, however, I am in a dilemma. Once my earnings are completed, i shall be applying for 1 year statement on 27th of May, but I am wondering if my statement does not arrive by 15th of June 2013,

1. What options will i have? will i be able to apply on a computer printed statement with a covering letter from bank or something?

2. Can I Apply after 16th if i don't receive my statement on time?

3. What other option i have?

Secondly, my 90 days fund maintenance will be completed on 26th of May 2013, and on 27th I shall be ordering my bank statement. My question is

1. Do i need to maintain funds for 3 months or it has to be 90 days?
